Drawing from the rich philo sophical traditions of phenom enology and Japanese aesthet ic principles, such as wabi-sa bi and ma, the work suggests that silence is closely connect ed to themes of imperma nence, imperfection, and the fundamental incompleteness that paradoxically underpins all creative endeavors.
